The Shoals Club has four distinct dining venues overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.


The most casual is the kid-friendly Sandbar Grille, located poolside.  Beginning Monday, June 7, the Sandbar Grille will offer a wide selection of Grab & Go sandwiches, salads, snacks and drinks. Members will be able to make their selections, pay, and enjoy their items at the tables at the Sandbar Grille.

Overlooking the Shoals Club’s pool on a series of cascading terraces is The Verandahs, an outdoor seating area with a more refined atmosphere than the Sandbar Grille. Both lunch and dinner service are offered seasonally; The Verandahs will begin  serving lunch on Monday, June 7, 12noon-2pm daily and dinners Wednesday-Monday, 4pm-9pm, through Friday, September 3, 2021.  Please check the calendar for special events or closures.

Watch the sun go down over the ocean while you dine al fresco or in the lounge at Latitudes Wine Bar at the Shoals Club. Inspired small plates like seared sea scallops with saffron aioli, pickled fennel, jalapeno and sweet corn or ahi tuna with sweet and sour slaw, crispy wonton and wasabi aioli will make you want to return. Oftentimes an acoustic guitarist lends additional atmosphere to the scene.

Make sure you make reservations to dine at AQUA, the Shoals Club’s premier dining venue. Seafood lovers will appreciate the restaurant’s superb locally sourced fish and shellfish. Executive Chef Caitlyn Fisher relies heavily on local vegetables and cheeses, too, so the menu changes with the seasons. If you don’t enjoy seafood, a beautifully prepared beef filet or NY strip typically appears on the menu, along with creative options for vegetarians like an end-of-summer tart made with homemade goat cheese and ricotta custard with roasted vegetables.
